THE STRENGTH OF OUR SCHOOL IS FOUND IN OUR TEACHERS
All of our teachers hold at least a university degree and have extensive experience with adult training (at least 250 hours.) We also offer guidance and support when needed.
WHERE DO WE FIND THEM
We select our teachers among several potential candidates. We pay close attention to their knowledge, availability and punctuality. Then we look at personal qualities such as a sense of humor, preparation and management skills.
HOW DO WE TRAIN THEM
For our new team members, we provide a training that will help them understand our corporate objectives and what is expected of them. All our teachers, regardless of their experience, follow our basic pedagogical grid. Then, they do the necessary research to include the proper terminology and develop conversational activities in line with the needs of each learner. This explains why our teachers are so good; they are constantly evolving and improving.
OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM
Finally, our management team is primarily made up of people with a background in education. The result: pedagogy is at the center of all our decisions; Languaphone is a teachers’ institution.
